Terms of enquiry
CricketGear.ie helps clubs, parents, coaches, players and social cricket organisers request pricing for cricket equipment in Ireland.
Submitting the website form is an enquiry only. It does not create an order, payment obligation, reservation of stock or supply contract.
Website purpose
The website is for cricket equipment enquiries, sourcing discussions and pricing requests. It is not currently a checkout page and it does not collect payment details.
Pricing
Prices are confirmed only after relevant details have been checked. These may include quantities, sizes, brands, supplier availability, shipping, VAT, duty, payment fees, delivery timing and any other relevant costs.
Any price shown or discussed before confirmation should be treated as indicative unless clearly agreed otherwise in writing.
Orders and acceptance
An order is not accepted through the website form. If a request moves forward, the order route, product details, total price, payment method, delivery timing and any cancellation or return terms must be agreed separately.
CricketGear.ie may decline an enquiry or order request where supplier availability, certification, pricing, delivery timing or compliance checks do not work.
Product availability and substitutions
Equipment options, brands, sizes, colours, quantities and delivery timing are subject to supplier confirmation. If an item is unavailable, an alternative may be suggested before any order is agreed.
Protective equipment
Helmets and other protective equipment are handled only when appropriate certification and supplier documents are available. CricketGear.ie does not make safety claims about protective equipment unless those claims are supported by suitable documents.
Players, parents, coaches and clubs remain responsible for choosing equipment suitable for the player, level, competition rules and safety needs.
Consumer rights
If CricketGear.ie later sells goods online to consumers in Ireland or the EU, applicable consumer rights may include pre contract information, cancellation rights for distance contracts, remedies for faulty goods and other protections under Irish and EU consumer law.
Those sale terms should be provided before any consumer order is accepted. These enquiry terms are not intended to remove any legal rights that cannot be excluded.
Business and club enquiries
Club, school, team, coach, shop or partner enquiries may be business enquiries. Specific commercial terms may need to be agreed separately before any order is accepted.
Information accuracy
We aim to keep website information clear and current. Website content may change as suppliers, product options, prices, import costs and delivery routes are checked.
Website availability
The website may be updated, paused or unavailable from time to time. We are not responsible for temporary website downtime or technical issues outside our reasonable control.
Contact
Use the website enquiry form for questions until a domain email address is active.
Plain English summary: the form starts a conversation. It is not a checkout. No order is accepted until product details, pricing, timing and terms are agreed separately.
